Welcome to the Lady Irma II's web site. Here you can find information
on what we do, who we are and how to contact us to make reservations.
Also while you are here please enjoy looking through our photos
of fish and whales.
The Lady Irma II is located in front of Nemo's Fish Market in
Noyo Harbor, Fort Bragg, CA. Fort Bragg is along the Mendocino
Coast about half way between San Francisco and Eureka and 33 miles
from Highway 101.
The Lady Irma II is a family owned and operated business that
was founded in 1965. The owner and captain is Jason Rossetto who
has over twelve years of experience in Fort Bragg on charter and
commercial fishing vessels, so he knows how to make sure that you
will have a great time and catch the big one.

Whale
Watching
We are no longer running any whale watching trips for the season. We will begin running trips again in December.. |

Salmon
Fishing
In April 2008, the Pacific Fishery Management Council (PFMC), the National Marine Fisheries Service, and the California Fish and Game Commission adopted a complete closure of the ocean salmon sport fishery in California for the remainder of the 2008 season. This means that salmon fishing will be closed for the entire season. This is a huge blow to the industry and we can only hope that next year we will have a better season. Since salmon fishing will be closed for the season we will be running only rockfishing trips for the rockfishing season starting in June. |

 |
Rock Fishing
Rock fishing is currently closed, but is scheduled to reopen June 1, 2008. With the last few months being closed for rock fish, we are sure to have an excellent season. |
 |
 |
Crabbing
We are currently running crab trips on the Trek II and have been doing great. Most of our trips have been coming in with either limits or close to limits. |

Tuna
Fishing
Currently there aren't any tuna around to catch, but we hope there will be some come July 2008.
